Warranty Information
Toploader Heaven offers the absolute best transmission warranty on the market. My warranty covers all parts and labor for a period of
two years on street driven cars. I can offer this warranty because my toploaders
are only available with my shifters.
When I sell a transmission I know it is paired with the best shifter available, enabling it
to function properly. This assures me that any problems encountered will not be the
result of an incorrect or a substandard shift control.
What is not covered under my street driven warranty?
 | Twisted or broken input shafts:
If your vehicle is pumping out mega horses with a stroker engine and you
twist the input shaft, I have to assume that your car is not built for a street
driven application.

| Stripped or hammered syncro-mesh teeth:
When my transmissions leave here they are capable of handling any punishment
you can dish out on the street. If your mesh teeth are damaged in such a
manner that it affects the function of your transmission, I assume the
vehicle has seen drag strip use with improper shift methods. |
That's it. If anything else breaks I'll fix it. Guaranteed. The customer is
responsible for shipping costs to and from when warranty work is performed.
Note: I treat my customers the way I like to be treated. If (during the 2
year warranty period) your transmission does suffer failure from either of the
problems not covered in our street driven warranty, I will repair your
transmission with no labor charges. In other words, you will pay only for parts
needed, plus the shipping costs.
